What I meant by "teach me how did you get it unfrozen" was how people was making tickets to convince TNT, since even though I never tried to steal accounts using tickets I never got lucky dealing with TNT to recover my own accounts even with the correct info

It's a luck issue, hun.
Tony didn't give me back my personal account, even if I had ALL the information and the original [@]live e-mail, but they gave me some PINs and password reset for inactive and e-mail purged accounts, even if it wasn't the original e-mail.

How you get your account back is literally persistence... I've literally sent in tickets and the first reply I get is a hard no, second time I just copy and paste the first email and then add "hope I got everything this time..." with literally the same info. If that fails, I just give em the ol how can you not tell this is my account, all my information is accurate, etc.
