Is There A Way to Create a List of Accounts with a Specific Trophy?

I used to use google and filter neopets-only results, but I think the institution of the captcha messed that up. Is there any way to search and find accounts with avatar counts/gallery sizes/ trophies?

Does Wayback Machine save Neo pages though? Last time I tried it didn't work. Or it might only work for specific pages.
