Yeah I did pound transfers ALL THE TIME before the transfer function existed, before customization, when everything was what we now call UC. But back then you had the quick adopt link and just had to pick a quiet time of day and use a friend to help you catch.
Now a days... Big brass balls. Props to you if you transferred a UC after death of the quick adopt link. Lol

Oh man, stressful memories of 11-year-old me trying to transfer my pets to other accounts and having the quick adopt link open on another browser and just pouding the refresh key. I lost so many pets to my slow ass internet.
You can literally feel the money pouring away as you hit the button to pound. There's no bigger relief than finding out you were able to successfully nab the pet lol. So awful, I would not recommend it.

exactly, if you don't want to lose the pet, don't pound transfer. unless you were actually hacked or something, the pound is pretty much fair game. though I don't get why people throw fits when the original owner mails them, you could always just like ignore them if they bug you or something...Nab anything good these days?
