My accounts are frozen?

I'm sorry to hear about people losing accounts. Is it possible they are starting to go hard ass and freezing people who play dailies on sides too?

Sooner or later, they'll start freezing those who do dailies at all!

I'm so sorry to hear your account got frozen.

Even if you did do some illegit activity, JS can't afford to shrink its player base. Back in the day when the site was at its peak, sure, but with no promos, ads, etc to attract new players, they rely almost solely on their old, existing players. You'd think they'd have higher priorities than freezing anyone who's still at least keeping the site alive. :/

Out of curiosity, was it your own main account or was it an account you bought?

It was an account I bought I few months ago. I built it up quite a bit myself though. And they didn't only freeze my main, they froze the other accounts associated with the email as well even though those were like starter mains I only used to store pets on (not even UC ones, pets I painted/morphed myself).

I feel like that's most likely the reason. If you have the original email address and you took good enough notes on the account to provide enough info to TnT you could have a decent shot at getting it back.

I just got my accounts chain frozen as well Sucks because I was finally building up again from when my accounts were chain frozen last year. Ugh...

It is starting to sound like TNT is just picking random people to freeze. They're probably just clutching at straws and have no idea what they're doing. I sincerely hope that they don't alienate more players by freezing more legit pets. The player base is already dwindling enough as it is. :c

Mayb TNT finally looking at some the users who have been setting flags off all this time lol.

I had a side account that I abandoned right after creating, and I went back to login to find it had been frozen in the past month before. Went back to retrieve the 4L pet I had on it, and found it iced.

I wouldn't think compromising would be the reason--pet is on the account, and I highly doubt someone would get frozen for doing something so unnoticable like trying to take a basic pet off of an account that was six years abandoned.

The freezings are confusing and irritating. Here's hoping you get your accounts back, man.
