My accounts are frozen?

I was literally on my account/s earlier today and all the sudden now I can't log in. 3 accounts on the same email address I can't access. I log into a junk side and it says "no account with that name exists." I'm like about to cry right now. I feel so stupid for being upset but I spent a lot of $$ on my stupid account. What do I do? I never got like a warning or anything, just all the sudden frozen. I knew I shouldn't have tried to get back into playing neo. This sucks.

But my 3 accounts on the same email are literally gone. I can't think of what else could have happened to them considering I could still log into an account associated with a different email.

Are you getting messages that they don't exist or is it the message that the accounts are disabled? Disabled means frozen, doesn't exist means.. TNT messed something up terribly.

Literally that they don't exist, like I type them in the search bar and it says "nothing with that name exists!" or whatever

but when I go and try to log in my active pet is still there and everything it just says "bad password" no matter what I try to type in.
