I'm not from united states and I hear that you can Buy prepaid credit card from walmart or target! But well, How I can have an account that can work even with credit card?
I want to sell stuffs and Buy sruffe from here but I cante send money, I only can recieve money, Amy help or suggestion?

There are people who sell papypal money, like when you have pesos and you want to exchange them for dollars. You could try looking for them on Mercadolibre? Or other selling sites from your country. Just pay attention at the seller's reputation.

I don't know any other ways, my country sucks.

Yeah, PayPal isn't just for North America or just for credit cards. As Allem said, there is a way; there are plenty of eCurrency exchange websites, the only problem is finding one that's legit. I've done it in the past on sites like this but I can't do much today.

If you're legal age it's none of their business or concern, unless you think you're gonna be using their CC/bank info which is a terrible mistake. A prepaid credit card also can cause problems (for some) with PayPal. I'd recommend opening a bank or financing a feasible credit card plan solely for online use.

I think it's possible for you to create an unverified PayPal, where you don't need a bank account. All you need is an email address, I'm still using a unverified PayPal now. You'll start out with $0, when you sell stuff on here people will pay you and you'll have the money to spend, but you'll need a bank account if you actually want to withdraw that money.

That is a very risky game you're playing. I suppose, if you have a bank account/credit card and are legal age to own a PayPal account, you'll be fine. However, they can limit you at any time and freeze your funds. It happened to many times when I was younger and trading on MMORPG style games, PayPal is ruthless when it comes to the sale of digital goods; especially from an unverified account.
