    IP banned from Neo, help?

So for some reason my IP has been blocked, I think. neopets.com wont load for me, times out. I've tried getting a new IP by shutting down my router, but still didn't work. Ideas?

    Are you using a desktop?
You can use stuff like Cyberghost, but I don't know how to change IP's. :/

Although IP bans should expire after sometime, TNT can't exactly block an entire ISP either as that could alienate other users. If your IP didn't change when you rebooted the router, just try a proxy to see if it loads, if not you've probably got a DNS issue somewhere...

Possible 3rd approach would be to clear all browsing data and try again....
