The default times are safe.

My program will run for about 3-4 successful sends and then it will continue doing error 17 until I restart the program, despite my firewalls being turned off. Is there any other fix?

Are you playing Neopets at the same time on the same account? If you do this, one session will logout as you can only have 1 valid login allowed. Let the program run and do not use your account while it is playing.

Yes it is. I do this and many others, just make sure you have it stop playing after 301 games sent per day.

Run-time error 53: File not found

1) Download the program from the site.
2) Extract to a folder (this means take the files from the ZIP folder and place all into a folder [decompressing, basically]).
3) Check Federations post that is stickied here and go through it.
4) Let the program install all library files and whatnot.
5) Disable any antivirus programs running like AVG that might stop the program from connecting online.
6) Make sure computer language is set to EN - english US.
7) Restart computer.
8) Run as admin.

You were logged out or there was a server side issue that is not your fault. This also means nothing was sent so your account is safe.
