I was never patient enough to go above 33% when I play actively, but I've got 300% once and oh man was that a good feeling. Too bad I only bought like 3 stocks that time.
I go 60 because I'm not really using NP. Sometimes I hesitate or miss it, but then usually end up waiting until it's completely back down in the hopes that it might "skyrocket" and when it does - I still leave it "incase it gets higher". I'm pretty bad at stocks.

I found that 200% is the most profitable if you play daily. If you have enough stocks, it's been almost guaranteed I hit 200% 2-5 times a month.
I like to sell at 60+ and always buy 15-17. Never sell if you don't make profit, and patience is key.

I usually don't sell before 45-60 as I normally don't need the NP anyway.
If I'm in real need of fast NP, I consider it only when price is at 30+ But that usually only happens when I'm bored of neopets and don't earn a lot of NP daily. Buying at 15 can become quite a drain on your reserves if your not really active and are not earning NP daily.
...tbh if it's not 15 per share I don't even bother buying, it messes with my OCD seeing that 1 set of 1k shares bought at 1np more per share than the rest :I
