i wish i were more tech savvy though, because upon googling virtualbox, i got really overwhelmed with all of the technical information D; it'll take some sifting through to figure out how to actually do things! today was the first day i even got wine to work for me xD

Virtual box isn't too difficult to understand. What it does is give you the ability to run a 'virtual' computer from within your existing computer. A few of the settings are a pain in the rear but other then that all is fairly good. You just need to know how to set it so that it will load a Windows ISO installer and you're away.

If you need help understanding it I'd be happy to talk you through it.

Flare.exe isn't the program you should be running, it doesn't run on Windows either XDD (Well, it does run but nothing shows on the screen idk what does it do...)
Programs don't run specifically well on Mac/Linux OS, I tried running programs on linux with wine but had the same problem you have, the best way to run them in your case is in a virtual machine, google virtualbox (: (It's probably the zgate.dll)

Flare is the SWF Decompiler. It downloads the file that contains the score send encryption. Converts it to a text file that MAJIN can then read and thats how the encryption gets updated. Simplified of course, theres a lot more going on behind the scenes then just that buts the gist of what it does.

"Mod" feature allowing you to send in legitimate looking scores. For example: Meerca Chase II scores are only divisible by 18, so the Mod for this game is "18". Note that most games do not have a mod.

Wait time is in seconds...
The correct format would be

GameID: 204 Score: 900 Time: 300

...
