Yes, like everyone said you can definitely dispute if you pay with a credit card or paypal especially. I always go through paypal because it's very easy and reliable to cancel a recurring payment like that. But I would dispute with whoever you paid with. :o

Yes they did that to me too... in 20014... They said it was my responsibility to cancel it not theirs and that if I did not cancel it they would still charge me frozen account or not

They told me the service does not end if the account is frozen that was after 1 month of being charged and I cancelled after that
I once paid an unnecessary phone bill for a year or so because I don't worry about money unless I don't have any. Literally isn't something I think about unless the bank sends a reminder to check statements or something. Also, I get ridiculous bouts of depression and it was just wayyyy easier to pay the money than actually dealing with the hassle of talking to people. Can totally see how this happens to some people, really shitty of TNT to not cancel automatically.
I did. I sent tickets. I tried to cancel. I reversed payments via my bank. Nothing helped.
they charged me one year premium on a frozen account. i called paypal and contacted tnt. within 1 week i got my money back. if tnt had refused to do so paypal would have done it automatically
I had thought about doing the month to month just to try the SSW for a while, but I heard that people had a lot of billing issues. Is it hard to cancel even if your account is still active and you decide you just don't want it anymore? Good to know that you can cancel payments made via paypal, but it's kind of bullshit if neopets doesn't process cancellation requests immediately on their end.
