    So I got frozen...

    I was a premium user and just realized that they charged me for months that I've been frozen. I've looked for other ways to contact support other than waiting months for a ticket to POSSIBLY be answered. I'm getting very frustrated with jumpstart as a whole, you shit on one of the best sites to ever grace the internet and now you're killing it.

    Damn, that sucks, I'm sorry to hear that :/ and yes, premium is so glitchy, same with NC, is not worth wasting money directly on Neopets, the support system sucks and even when you've bought many NC and premium, they still don't reply to tickets or help you out. Just useless.

    I didn't feed my neopets for years and I didn't hurt them like this @(you need an account to see links)

    It's just so dumb that they have zero support for people who you know... pay them.

    You can still cancel Premium when you're frozen - click the Premium tab that's at the top of every page, and you can log into your Premium account.
    That doesn't guarantee that you won't still be charged, but it'll be more likely.

    @(you need an account to see links) I mean, the point is more that they continued to charge me after being banned. They're taking my money for services that weren't rendered. See u in court @(you need an account to see links)

    You need to block neopets on your paypal/credit card so it stops taking money out
    is sad that's how things have come to, but seems like the only way for it to stop stealing money away after frozen/cancelled premium

    Chances are they won't refund you.
    If you're paying with credit card, contact the company and they can do something about it. If you're paying with paypal, there's a way to go on there and cancel any future recurring payments (that's what I had to do).

    When I got frozen, I made a ticket right away and demanded they removed my premium.
    A month passed, no one answered my ticket, and they charged me for premium. So I opened 5 new tickets to annoy them, and they closed them all and still didn't read my ticket.
    Month passed, no answer, charged me again.
    Finally I realized I could cancel recurring payments on Paypal (felt really dumb that I didn't know about that before), so I cancelled there. Right after I did, a day later TNT responded to my ticket saying "what are you talking about? lol we're not charging you, we see here that your premium has been cancelled"
    Fuck you, TNT. Hope your $15 makes you happy that you lost a customer forever.
