Okay, I have this friend on Twitter. She has an anonymous blog as well, that's well, it talks about how she self-harms and she starves herself. She's 14.
I'm really concerned for her, but I don't know how to confront her/tell someone about it.
I don't know her last name, she's really private about her public info, but she tweeted something about her friend and I found her Facebook the other day. Any advice on how I should contact someone near her to tell them to get her help, if I should at all?
And yes, i use the term friend very loosely. We've never met.s
Chances might be she's just posting things to get attention. Chances are even bigger that even when it's true, she will most likely not accept your help ... I don't know, these kind of things can be complicated.
But why do you post this in spam? Not a place serious enough for subjects like that in general...

But are you sure it's really her on the pics? That's more what I was thinking.
Anyway, you can always do the straight forward thing. Send her a message explaining you're worried for her and that you want to talk about it.

I know it's her, because she's gone on webcam before, and she took off her sweater, and there were marks on her arms. I'll try messaging her on Facebook, and on Twitter to see what she says.
