I'm waiting on a username in the S's, but it's pretty slow going, and it's around the Cl mark at the moment.

Got more than 10 names, though none are exactly 'epic'. Epic ones like Ben, Zeus all didn't purge T.T

What is this purge? Is neopets just deleting old accounts?

^ basically so every tries to remake cool names that was previously inactive/banned as soon as they become available
