No, because Clraik as an entity are not the person/website responsible for selling Neopets Items/NP. The users are dictating the market and not the sole owner of this website, therefore cannot be sued for individuals' actions. Also, as for programs, they do have a disclaimer and in their Terms saying they are not responsible and programs are not to be used for cheating purposes but educational.

Clraik is not liable for any thing and thus should have no worries

didn't all those torrent and file hosting sites do/say similar things in their market though? and they were illegal even without sharing or hosting anything themselves. :\ i imagine if they really wanted to their lawyers could find a legal argument against forums like ours, it's fortunate that they haven't really wanted to do that over the years.
