If you're unable to get your accounts back through the ticket system, you're out of luck, unfortunately.
So I may have accidentally gotten back into Neopets after a hiatus of some years. I've recovered most of my accounts and shut down some. But there's still a small number left, I can't remember some of their names. And... Yahoo might've just screwed me over on that, cause I had some accounts connected to one or two Yahoo emails. It's highly unlikely that any have UCs but some may have painteds, and I'd like to give other people a chance for cool pets by pounding them. Any hope for these accounts?

Yahoo has this dumb loop with an automatic account recovery process, but with my situation, it's impossible to recover them. They also got rid of their customer support. I'll report back if it even works.

I'm in a sort of similar boat right now, except my problem seems to be with neopets and not Yahoo. At some point I guess I clicked "unsubscribe" on the email ads neo was sending to my yahoo account, and apparently they think that means I want NO emails whatsoever (including password recovery or reset emails). I made a new account to file a ticket several weeks ago, emailed them the ticket number, facebook'd them the ticket number, no luck yet. We'll see how long it takes them to even look at it.
