Could you have her delete the pet and then recreate? Or not the same sentimental value?
When they delete the pets they get black listed I believe, so you can't recreate them.

I submitted a ticket for my old account and Alice gave me the same response she’d clear the account. I was worried she’d pound the WN pets, but she returned the account with everything gone except my pets!
