Can someone explain to me why the fuck I'm seeing a red Pteri on a fine Thursday afternoon?

I kind of wish they at least went back to the old system that brought really rare items back into circulation in exchange for 5 of the same rarity. I thought that was a great idea especially for people who collect stuff like stamps and coins.

I miss it too, it made CC exciting.
