I try once every two days but the weather here in MY is freaking hot!
Usually every 3 days, meaning I'll wash on sunday before sleep and again wednesday before going to work then friday if I plan on going out for the weekend but probably not. Gross? Probably, but shit my hair's freaking long, it takes almost 1 hour to dry and straighten it nice, ain't nobody got time for that.

I wash mine everyday with conditioner, every other day with shampoo.
Usually every day but if one night I have had a nightmare with my son and I'm not going anywhere the next day, I will skip. My hair looks better the next day without it washed but I like to be clean.
I wash mine everyday, even though I heard it's bad to. It just doesn't feel right when I don't wash it.
