PM the user first and see if it was a misunderstanding; they do have other trades here .
If they do not reply open a (you need an account to see links) .
Lastly you can dispute the chargeback, but it is unlikely anything will come of it . Sorry!

I bought an item off of ebay. THe other party is Top Drawer Enterprises whom i bought the item off of.
I dont think the issue has anything to do whom the person i sold the account to as it says the other party in the dispute is the guy that sold me something on ebay
I do not see how someone can charge you back if you are the one that sent them the money...
isnt this correct @(you need an account to see links) or is this possible....

The payment itself could be reviewed, but in that case you would be the one whom is responsible for the chargeback

I dont know man. The -13.70 proves the fact that I paid the guy on ebay
How on earth do i get a chargeback from him when hes the one who recieved the money
I dont know i need some serious help
Can one of you guys access my paypal (Ill give you my info) and see whats wrong?
From what I can see, it was a paypal inquiry not a chargeback.
Sometimes paypal will randomly hold your money and do an "investigation"
This is not the seller's fault. They usually give the money back to you in a few days. So
Wait a bit to see if it clears, and if not call them or send an email. It's alreay listed as being reviewed by paypal, which further proves it isn't a cb since a cb would not get to there that quickly.
This is only from my paypal experience, someone correct me if I'm wrong xD

That explains alot because it says paypal inquiry on the page as well
what usually happens during a paypal inquiry. Am i going to be charged an additional fee or anthing
I know for a fact i did nothing wrong
Nope. Nothing much happens besides for the fact that paypal holds the money for a bit. Which can be annoying when you really need it.
But my question is why would they want a inquiry in the first place?
