Nevermind, found what the problem was.
Since I find it easy to convert from military time to AM/PM and everything on Stealth Core worked fine like that (even time scheduled tasks), I never bothered in changing the time format.
I tried changing it now to AM/PM and the repeat function is now working well

So I really don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've downloaded the file and extracted it to its own file. I've got my Data folder but it doesn't have an accounts.txt or scheduler just the Settings.txt. So I'm struggling to figure out how to set the program up.

If you're still having trouble I can give you a walk through via TeamViewer when I get home tonight. This goes for everyone else having trouble.

Anyone who is good with Stealth Core, kindly assist those in need?

You can just create accounts.txt yourself, that's how I did.
Right-click inside the "Data" folder and New -> Text Document. Name it "Accounts" and write your account data there in the following format (no quotation marks): "neopetsusername:password:proxy". If you don't want to use any proxy just type "neopetsusername:password:0:0". Now just open Stealth Core, log in on your clairk account and on "Account Login Manager" press "Load" and then "Login all".
About the Scheduler, I don't know. I make my schedules inside Stealth Core and then I just save them.

@(you need an account to see links): The schedules you just make them once and press "Save Schedules" in the Account Manager tab and Name it "Schedules.txt" (The extension doesn't add itself this time) then move it to the Data Folder (the same place the Accounts.txt file is in and because the explorer windows that'll open will probably open by default in the Documents Library)

Thanks for the assistance so far! How safe is not using a proxy? I'm hoping to be able to set this up for the Altador Cup on my main but Proxy stuff goes right over my head.

I'm using it with my main & my regular public IP.
it uses the same format as Stealth Core AFAIK
so create a .txt in the Data folder "Accounts.txt." like these (If im understanding you correctly)
    Code:
    main:password:proxy:port
    shell:password:proxy:port
    shell2:password:proxy:port
That'll use your main without any proxy, and the shells with the desired proxy.

Edit: If you're going to use your main only then the contents should be like this:
    Code:
    main:password:0:0

Forget about using a proxy. You only need to use one if you are heavily cheating on a side account and you wanna hide that from your main. This is far from heavily cheating.

I just downloaded the newest version and it tells me I do not have permission to use the program?
