Neopets announces first phases of the UC Pet Release

On today's new update, they announced that they will be rolling out the UC Pet Release.

I'm not sure what it will look like, or if it will be LE, was hoping someone on here knows a little more information?

Where is this stated on this page? I'm sorry if I'm missing it, but the news doesn't reference NC UCs at all?

Edit: Forgot to add, we all know nothing of NC UCs at this time, not even the player base (or TNT lol). They latest news was TNT thanking us for our time with their survey from a while back and that NC UCs are still on their roadmap for 2023.
