You point people to where they need to go to find things for themselves. If someone makes an offensive or annoying post out of ignorance, you instruct them on their faux pas. I call you super mom because it seems like you are always there to offer words of encouragement when a new post is added to real life situations forum. When you gotta lay the smack down and wield the ban hammer I get a mental picture of Missy/Ms. Wardwell being rather disappointed that so-and-so had to make you discipline them.
