after i buy one, it only happens when i have the option on to transfer bought items to SDB. Otherwise it works fine

I installed the program, but it says it is out of date when I try and run it. I read the bottom for more help on it, but nothing really made sense to me I'm new to all of this and have absolutely no experience.

I keep getting the "failed to purchase" after every attempted buy, even after things i know are in stock right now...it's doing the fail without saying "failed to purchase halloween bori morphing potion" it's just saying "failed to purchase" anyone having this problem lately?
