What would be the recommended length of time to leave the SS running?

I tend to do mine in 4 hour increments (or about there) twice a day.

I was thinking of using the YYB scoresender on my main, but I would like to maintain my legit (up to this point lol) GPG, which is ~12 goals per game.

The defaults in the SS are 5-6, 1-2, 0-2, and 0-1 goals for each scorer, and I was thinking of changing this to 1-2, 7-8, 1-2, 1-2, which is the approximate goal per scorer of all the games I've played thus far. Would this be alright? And would any adjustments have to be made on the opponent team's # of goals?

I've used 0-1, 0-1, 8-10, 0-1 on my main and had no problems.

Did you make any changes to the opponent's numbers?

    I usually do this:
    11-13
    0-0
    0-0
    0-2
    0-4 saves

that's what it looks like realistically in my team's formation so i stick with it
