This is true but honestly, I have found TNT to be helpful via tickets if you give them a detailed and professional ticket. Its the people who are like "OMMMMMMMMMMMMG WHY AM 1 FROZEN? PLZ TNT" who they don't answer back usually (or if you get shitty Tony then RIP.)
