An adblock extension usually does that well + disabling javascript in your browser to reach the haggle page even quicker.

Adblock the images of cheap items, if you haven't already. That way only the items worth grabbing load; makes it faster, as well as easier to see.

Right click on the picture & block element!
OR - search up the images & go to Adblock options and 'Add your own filters' and block the image links.
(that's the case with adblock plus at least, not sure if it's different with regular adblock)
