Any tips for training a Small dog(best friend) to play dead?
I've been attempting for week now with no luck
Brought a cheap DVD player for $30 sale and while I'm at work I play a list of YouTube clips of random dogs playing and stuff my buddy just sits there and watches like all excited for hours first time I tested it, my only fear is to come home to a destroyed DVD player

i still miss my 19 year old cat two girls came and tried to abduct him (yes really) and when we saw them and chased them they threw him on the pavement that left him paralyzed in his hind legs so we had to put him down. i still dream about him a lot and when i say his name i cry. it's been 9 months since he died but man pets are really precious they never leave you even when they die. not that i mean they're ghosts but just that you can't forget them.
hate ppl who cant keep their hands off other ppls property, that also includes animals.
we had a horse killer in my neighborhood he just slashed foals and cut horses, he even chopped off one horse's leg. they still haven't caught him. he's always active in the summer so he'll start again soon. like are these ppl insane or what?
I have two dogs and two turtles. They are all rescues. One of my pups was abused by two owners before me and is still somewhat sheepish, but far more sociable than he was when I first got him in '07.
I bet your dog would play dead if you provided him with a kangaroo for a friend instead of a meal! You're twisted.
