Lutari Island and Moltara aren't so far apart on the map. Moltara's underground; could it be that the sea is very shallow and that Moltara stretches out as far as Lutari Island?! Neopia isn't that big, after all.

They said that "...but our first meeting with JumpStart had a lot of talk of how they could help with new Games Room games and mobile stuff (that we know you've been asking about) so that'll give you an idea." and you could only enter to Lutari Island with the mobile phone, right?
Maybe an Android/iOS app is coming?
I feel like even when they do release the mobile app, I'm not gonna use it XD I feel like if one of good friends saw it, I would never hear the end of it.
I really enjoy this idea a lot.
I hope it'll be something at least that interesting.
So far it's falling flat for me. I love puzzles but so far it's giving me that SFC vibe of boring puzzle grinding.

The ironic thing about that is the fact that one of my best buddies actually got me playing neo back like 8-9 years ago XD He doesn't play anymore though
