I can't seem to get past authorisation for some reason. I get an error message: 'unhandled exception'? It says I can continue, but I don't know what I'm doing so I'd rather not risk anything by clicking it

Did you install the .NET 4.5 framework? If not, google the download.

Also remember the files inside the .zip into a folder for it to work properly.

I did both of those things... hmm. I'll try redownloading everything and see if that does anything

Try restarting the program, I think you have been logged out somehow.

hm.. this was working great for me yesterday but now I cant get it to grab the game data on my main. Its grabbing everything fine for the sides I set up, but it just cant seem to get the info on my main. Its making me freak out a little o.O I re downloaded, restarted my computer, I'm not sure whats happening...
If I keep trying to grab over and over is it going to send up red flags? because now the program has logged in and tried to grab several times unsuccessfully. For a few hours yesterday and now many times this morning. Does neo register all of these unsuccessful grabs? because there are hundreds of them, Im so fucked if they do lol

That's strange. Are you sure you are logging into the program? (does it show your rank and everything?)

At the moment it does not. In a future update I will add this.

You said it was working for you before? I'm not sure, usually starting over would fix this problem. I haven't had this happen to me at all, only once and it was because I wasn't logged in.

I got this earlier due to my AV/FW. When I shut it down the sender worked properly again. Might be worth a shot?

AV = antivirus and FW = firewall. In my case it was Outpost that screwed things up.
