If it's secured/legit and your account isn't flagged by TNT (you can't know for certain, do you think you did anything obviously suspicious?), you can just gift. Send a cheesy neomail to yourself like a birthday or related gift.
Or you can set up a trade with yourself using HTS items on the other account that are perceived to be the same worth as your SoL (except you didn't pay full price on your HTS, you'll lose some NP overall still).
If you do either and still get frozen, it's likely TNT were onto you before you made the move anyways.
And use an undetectable proxy/VPN (to locations matching each account) to differentiate IPs between accounts.
What does "secured" mean?

I would recommend not transferring HT or r99 items to main accounts. 17m in non-HT ETS is fairly easy to do(avatar items, most likely) and less risky ^_^.
