i'm pretty new here.
I had a scuffle with TNT in trying to get my main account back,
and it looks like they just won't give it back...
i told them all i could remember from my old main account, i know the email connected to it, the email password, the account password, and such, but they keep telling me it doesn't match or they can't give it back because that's not enough information...
was just wondering, if there is any other way to get it back?
Have you ever purchased NC?
I was frozen for protection one time and I fought with them for a year and they kept telling me I didn't have enough information, even though I gave them information for pets that I had 7+ years ago.
But as soon as I gave them screenshots from when I had bought NC/premium, they immediately gave it back.

Yep what @(you need an account to see links) Said anything money related along with your other info will basically open the golden gates to heaven so anything Premium and NC related, It's annoying because more then likely the average player probably wouldn't think of this to be honest.
Did you morph or paint any pets? Do you remember pounding/adopting pets?
i didn't morph/paint any pets.
they were all original colors.
i didn't buy NC.. or premium.
is this a hopeless case?

I got Tony P...and it was hopeless...
and then i sent another ticket and knock their facebook to ask them to check the ticket, with different facebook account for 3 times
still no reply
