It's been hot today, 90% humidity and all I want to do is sleep. There's something going around in the house, hopefully I'm not coming down with it. Been feeling poopy.

I feel... a little all over the place today. My day started off with an appt with my psychiatrist, and she's going to try me on something else, which is exciting but also scary? I've been on my current meds for a few months and they definitely help so the unknown of something new is scary. Otoh - they're also possibly making my insomnia worse so hopefully overall it'll be a good change.

Otherwise I've done little to no work today cause I'm jittery and maybe too caffeinated or something heh.

I meant to do my lab and classwork today, I swear. I just...slept through the whole day. Yeah. Being unmedicated for ADHD is absolute hell especially this semester. Hopefully I can get something done before Friday.

Being medicated for my ADHD has been LIFE CHANGING. I have been medicated for almost two years and it’s a night and day difference.

With regards to the topi : my day started early and was very long. Had to go to the dentist after work (ick, I hate going and that scraping tool makes me wanna die inside). I suspect I may be coming down with a cold or possibly some kind of sinus infection… I’ve been working in the infant room all week and almost all of them had runny/snotty noses all week. “Teething colds” my ass 😷
