Definitely use your actual timezone whenever possible. You might box yourself out of certain rewards if you don't.

I had a suspicion it was tied to one's personal time zone used on the forum, and not a universal time! Aha!

My proposed solution for the Lava Userbar is that it's only available at a certain window of time in your personal time zone, and that block of time may not even be open every single day. It may be specific days.

Because multiple people seem to get it on the same day, that's why I think it's not necessarily available every day.

I recently moved. Spent my whole life on NST time and now I'm 2 hours ahead. It so weird.

I updated mine here a day or two ago?
Forgot it wasn't automatic.
I was looking for something else when I realized I needed to change it x)

I've moved cross country three times in as many years, and done a lot of time-splitting between coasts, and I constantly forget to update my clock here.
