It took me a looooot of refreshing a couple of weeks ago. But I got it with 125 snowballs + 1 random item.
Try 93 Golden Geraptiku Talisman or like 46 of the Solitaire Champion (shirt). There are a few methods (you need an account to see links). I think the Blibble petpet might still work (takes like 53, I think?).
