Quirky things you do

I have a habit of always checking my phone before I start driving, just to make sure I didn't accidentally call someone o^o Because if I did, then they're hear me talking to myself about the weather, plans for the day, other driver's, or whatever else is on my mind. Can't have that happening D:

Lets talk about quirks and some of the things you do that may be odd or unusual.

When I use a public bathroom I have a little 'ritual' I do which is.. I take the first piece of paper towel out of the dispenser and throw it in the trash, cause you never know if someone didn't wash their hands and touched it or something. Then I take another one and put a bit of water on it and wipe around the toilet seat, then take another 2 to dry it. I then place toilet paper all around the seat and can finally relax enough to take a dump. Weird I know but unless I do that I cant use the public bathroom.

I throw away the first bit of paper towels AND toilet paper. D: Because what if some creeper was in there before me and like coughed all over the toilet paper and then rolled it back up or something? lol I can't use a cup without smelling the inside of it first. I can't stand having dry feet. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and either wet my feet in the sink or throw water on the ground and step in it. haha I have a thing about textures too. Things like crushed velvet, suede, and corduroy really freak me out and I have to wash my hands if I accidentally touch any of those. (I get anxiety just thinking about it) Also if I'm at a fast food drive through I would rather drop all the drinks before I touch those nasty dry cardboard cup holders that suck all the moisture out of your hands. D: If I'm eating something like grapes/cherries I /have/ to bit it in half first. My sister will just throw the whole thing in her mouth and I'm like 'ew what if there was a worm in there??'
And if my nose is itchy I have to handle it in 3 steps or else it will still itch. I don't know why. lol

I used to have pretty bad OCD, so I'm not sure how many of these are just leftover from that and how many are actual quirks. xD;

I talk to myself a lot. Out loud.

Same. I actually have discussions with inanimate objects too, and even do different voices, my mother is completely weirded out by it, and she keeps on trying to remind me that those are objects not people, but I mean, I know that, can't I just have some fun by myself??
