most neocash items aren't of any value unless theyre popular tbh.
and even though its 1$/cap, most 1 cap items do not sell, period. aka worthless.

its the items that are worth ~5+ caps that actually add value.

well i mean i bought it from carrot and pc'd it and its all worht over 40$+ in nc items plus 3 gb's
i was told it was semi active when i bought it.
and the pets 1 is on a secured shell and the other is on the nc account (the hsd is on the nc account)

Theres a couple that are 1-5 and a few that are over 5+
but all of the items added up is over 45/caps

It's not the total cap value in the account that matters. It's the cap value of anything over 5 caps.
Anything under is basically worthless

So only the items over that amount are adding value to that account

it doesnt matter what they all add up to, its really the 5+ caps that matter.
so add those up, add in a slight discount to make the buyer seem like he is getting a deal and boom. you have your nc value
