try meditation, when you try sleeping, turn off every single type of distraction,a and lie in bed, close your eyes and envision the blackness you see when your eyes are closed, embrace the blackness, become the blackness, it is empty, it is sleep, slow your breathing, slow your mind, think of nothing but black emptyness, let it envelope you, you become the black emptyness and you keep your breathing slowed and soon you will fall asleep
