It's only risky if your settings are risky. I've been ABing on the same account for like 3 years and haven't yet gotten frozen. I leave it on all day, almost everyday.

Setting specifics are usually relative to the computer and quality of your internet connection, but I ultimately aim for a buying time in the 2000-2500ms range. Some may consider that slow, but I consider it safe. I'm still able to get several UBs.

Yeah it depends entirely on your connection. What most do is put in 5000-5000 and see what you get. Then go lower from there.

The shops are all kinds of wacky. I have snagged a few nice things over the course of the last week or so but it's definitely not like it used to be, and it seems like RS Bans are happening more frequently. I swear, just now, the stamp shop was full and I went to go buy a cheap one to put in my album and then it was suddenly empty as was every other shop I checked. I'm pretty sure I got RS banned without even doing anything
