I'd send in a ticket and say your old email was hacked and you no longer have access to it, and it had old passwords from forgotten password/original creation (depending how old the account is) in it, but you can provide all info including recently used NC card codes that were used on the account, etc. If you have enough info on the account you may be able to get it back. But it sounds like there's some sketchy stuff you don't want to bring attention to, which is super tough.
