My goals for this year is to bulk more. Was on a cut for a few months but now its time to bulk again. I'm twice the size of when I started 2 years ago but then I was super skinny.

I don't have access to anything but dumbbells ranging from 5-70. So my bench is maxed at 70 each hand. I curl 45. Squats aren't weighted as I'm just doing them to keep leg strength. Its difficult to get to a gym when the closest one is 30 min away and you don't own a car and work 2 jobs.

When I started lifting I was only benching 35 each hand and curling 20.

XD. My friend on Maui does that. Though now he's toning down. Except for the part where he's skinny. I keep telling him to bulk before he tones but he'd rather look like a toned twig. Try out a 5x5 workout. If you only meet TDEE too you'll just get stronger and not gain too much volume.

I used to look like that due to swimming competitively but now I'd rather be decently muscular.
