No in all serious when I had to do it I demonstrated how to french braid my hair. Other people did how to change the oil on your car, how to make certain recipes, how to do makeup certain ways (like smoky eye), ummmmm I'm trying to remember other stuff. How to code a basic website using HTML.
Funny though I'm not sure about.
wat are you good at? For my speech i did it on detailing a car. Do it on something youre passionate about.

I once did a speech on how to make cookies. It was like having my own cooking show, so I had a lot of fun with it
I also baked a batch of the cookies I was demonstrating and handed them out to everyone when I was finished. Bribery never hurts
