There's only 1 boon I need and it's on Seekers. I'll be doing 1k battles lol.

I'm sorry to single you out but as much as there is only 1 boon you need and you're free to do whatever you want, I find it extremely selfish behaviour to be doing what you want at the expense of a community effort AND telling us about it on a thread meant to inform and guide people to win and get a boon for the week. People, or a group of people similar to you were the reason why the Guild (and the alliance with the Guild) started to lose in the first place.

I'm sharing the information here so that everyone can find out what the Guild picks and join in on the effort to win and also get the boons for the week.

Considering the fact that you only want 1 boon and it's on Seekers, what's the point of even looking around to see what the Guild picks, only to tell us that you're going to pick Seekers anyway and doing 1000 battles? You winning the battle for your 1 boon means 15-20 people here losing.

Since you said that, I'll make sure to join on 10 accounts and do 2,000 each.

If Awakened boons are random, then there's also the chance that whatever boon you want could be on their list when we collect them. Furthermore, 1K battles is a drop in the bucket, people have done 10k+ battles in the past to ensure the guild wins.

You're basically wasting a week by choosing Seekers, but hey, it's your choice.

Ya I was hoping to sway your pick a little when I said 500 battles in an earlier post before the pick concluded. But I guess there are no votes/influence here. And I had already picked Seekers before @(you need an account to see links) commented.

I can see why it would read that way but I was just trying to express how much I've been waiting for a chance at the guaranteed book boon - so much that I'm willing to gamble against the guild this round. I even gave a number so you are free to do what you will with that information. If I lose to 20k battles just from you alone then so be it lol. I'll even kick myself if Awaken rolls the book boon

Maybe we should create a script that auto choose boon whenever the guild has selected

No, not always, because of the way it's scored. From what I understand, the more people join a particular faction, the lower the score is for each individual contribution, in other words each member of that supermajority faction has to complete way more than the minimum number of battles, to get the win. Which is why 100 battles is suggested. Conversely, factions with lower numbers get higher scores for their individual contributions. I suppose it's an attempt to even out the chances for each faction.

That being said, they're currently on a roll, the last several winners have been the guild's pick.

Got it. I'll stick with what they pick next time but it makes sense that higher numbers of fights would be needed. I always pick the one with the guaranteed Bank Boon like @(you need an account to see links) wants.
