For a ryu with full luck it’s about 21 days between evolutions (and that won’t change) and there are 3 stages per ryu species type. If luck isn’t high enough then it will switch branches.

You can raise your luck by caring for (feeding/playing/poopscooping) ryu, either your own or others.
