That's right. You're the only person in neopets who is in charge of the tickets and who can freely freeze people if you decide so.
First of all, would you freeze anyone? If you know they have actually cheated or purchased np or pets would you freeze them? Then what if they have purchased their pet and being a dick about it? What if you know they have cheated but there is zero proof? If you froze someone and he admits everything would you return his account?
I would only freeze cocky people.
I would follow the rules that my job has told me to do. If that involved freezing people for buying items and cheating and I caught them, then yes I would. I wouldn't enjoy it, but that's part of the job... :/

The difference is that if it were my JOB that someone was paying me to do, then I would do what the job asked of me. That's the agreement of being hired somewhere, you do what you're told, yes sir, yes sir, whatever you say bossman.
If I had no proof, but I knew they were cheating I would not freeze them. I have no proof.

I agree with everyone else, I'd only freeze if it was blatant and cocky. Transfer 300m to an account in a week? Freeze. Transfer 4m in a week? Eh, have fun.
Kinda like how the current TNT treats it. Freeze only if blatant and reported.
If it was a backdoor ability I had at my hands, and I wasn't working for the company, there are a few members I've had alterations with that I'd probably freeze just for being dicks. I hate it. I'm only human.
But as @(you need an account to see links) put it so well, a job is a job and if it was that situation I'd do just as she said. "Only freeze with tangible evidence."
