AC points not counting

Hey, so after all the problems with the AC the last day or two.. I'm still not being able to rank up. I have tried playing all the games and they aren't decreasing the number needed to get to the next rank.

Is anyone else having problems or does it seem to be related to my account in particular.. Any thoughts??

It's not site-wide, but it's a common issue. I've experienced issues with my games going up but not counting towards ranking up on the site ranking calculator. If you check out the Neoboards other people are still having probs too.

Everything is working well for me, but Jellyneo posted about it and it seems that lots of people are having the same issue

It seems some users aren't able to rank up. It is completely random on who it impacts. All I can suggest is keep playing and send a ticket. Hopefully TNT can reimburse you based off of your games played.

Fucking hell. I must be extremely unluckey. Neither of my two accounts that I was going to use for AC are changing rank.. I wonder if this is caused by score sending that day that the encryption changed.

I think it's a glitch that happened when they were updating their encryption. JSTNT isn't known for their flawless coding I think most of us here were indeed SS-ing on that day, but not all are affected. So, it's not immediately clear what's causing the rank discrepancies.

Also affecting me this year as well. Guess I'll be submitting a ticket at the end of the AC as I plan on getting to at least All Star.

I am to scared to submit a ticket. What if they can see I am using a bot?
