A previous glitch allowed users to still have access to premium features despite cancelling their subscription. As of 15, February this bug has been fixed, and users who cancel premium will lose access to premium after the end of the billing period.
If you find your account no longer has access to premium, please follow these steps:
Log in to the premium membership portal:

Double check to see if you have an ACTIVE current premium plan.
If your plan is no longer active, you can renew your premium membership by selecting “Keep Membership” and follow the steps on the portal to confirm your payment information.
If you see that you have an active premium plan, have been billed, but have lost access to premium features please submit a ticket with the following information: the username of the account where premium was active, your last payment date, your transaction ID, and plan type.
