You should be fine. I've done that a couple times and I haven't had any problems and I'm pretty sure everyone here has done that ONCE on accident.
You probably shouldn't have changed all of your info though since that will look funny. Just relax

Be sure to write down all the info for the accounts in question, in case they do get frozen. Then you'll have all the information you need to get them back. Good luck!

It can take TNT a couple of days but I imagine if they thought you were being actively compromised they'd have frozen you for protection by now. The fact you (presumably) weren't sending items and pets off into the abyss from the account when you were on the "wrong" IP means they probably will assume everything is okay now.
