Hey guys, I'm still a bit new to all of this so please bare with me.
I recently bought a pretty awesome account, and I want to use it as a second main for the time being. The trouble is, I have no idea where to find a decent proxy that uses the same IP every single time. A few people have suggested I use Hotspot Shield, but it seems to use a different IP every time so I'm a bit unsure of it. I know of hidemyass.com, but I'm not quite sure I gather how to use it correctly, safely, etc.
If there aren't any proxy guides, I guess my questions are: What are some reliable proxies that won't cost me an arm and a leg to use every month, and how would I use it in a way that would keep my real main undetected?

Is it hotspot shield elite you've been checking for IP consistency or just hotspot shield?
I'm sure other people here can be of much more use when it comes to helping you find something that works for you, but most important tip is to remember it's 100% turned off when you log into your real main!
@(you need an account to see links) - It's just Hotspot Shield because I'm cheap, and can't justify $30 on a proxy a year when I only make $400 a month (minimum wage is /fun/).
