Interacting in any way should get you there. When I've dropped luck/stars after evolving, I pay extra attention to the list and help out other Ryu and that helps a lot, too!

Man I swept through the list and not many poops but tons of empty hearts, I sincerely hope people aren't just scooping and leaving afterward xD I have like almost twice the number of feeds than poops scooped

Not guilty!!! I leave them with 3/4 or more (rationale for not going full tank is I like to get to feed my own when I come back online)!
